Shakespeare included elements of war: battle scenes, fear of invasion, civil insurrection, even reminiscences of military feats in an astonishing number of his plays. Join Dr. Paul Budra, Bard’s Director of Education Mary Hartman, and members of the Bard Company in exploring the dramatic impact of personal and military conflict in this season’s plays.
Join Dr. Budra as he shares his insights into each of this season’s plays. These lectures are scheduled so you can opt to attend the corresponding play that afternoon at 3pm.
